After XP SP3 update not more live TV

After the urgrade, when I try and watch live TV in MCE2005, it tells me that
the tuner is not installed or malfunctioning, tried to remove driver,
reinstall board in new PCI slot....etc etc, when I open TV VBI Viewer, I can
watch live tv, but not from MCE... Its a hauppage 500 turner, no problem is
shown in device manager etc... PLEASE HELP!!!!

Windows XP, but only for Service Pack 3 (SP3), until 14 Apr-09. Chat and
