Agent error log

I'm updating clients using wsus When i start and stop update services on the
pc i receive this error message in the log file. No updates will download and
install

You could try clearing the cookies from the Internet Explorer, then
type in the Run command: wuauclt /detectnow

or perhaps try the WSUS Newsgroup
