AIM and Windows Live

Is there some plugin that will allow me to use AIM with Windows Live
Messenger? I found something called IMTiger but when I installed it and
opened up live there was nothing different and theirs no documenation on how
to use it

No distinct piece of software I'm aware of. To the best of my knowledge, IMTiger does not
work on current versions of Messenger.

If you really wanted such support, I'm afraid you'll have to use a client which actually
supports multiple networks like pidgin, trillian, etc.
