I have encountered an intermittent problem where all the album info appears
in japanese/chinese/?? (title, tracks, etc.) - yet the music plays in
english. It even happened with the same artist and a 2 disc album - where
disc 1 appeared in japanese/something and disc 2 appeared in english. I am
not changing any settings. Any ideas?

Are you ripping this music from CD's you own? If not, it could be the music
you're pirating is the Japanese release version and is so tagged.

I'm having the same problem, and I'm not 'ripping the music' as Michael
asked, I am simply trying to play a cd on my computer.I can listen to the
music, but can't choose the tracks I want because it's all in Japanese or
something.I tried other cds & some are the same, some in English.

other cds & some list the tracks in English & some in this other
language-what's the deal????????
