All Contacts missing in WLM 8.1.

WLM (8.1) users who got new PCs running XP sp2 were not able to get all their
contacts back. The contacts were ok in their old systems
running XP sp2 where WLM (8.0, migrated to 8.1 works ok) was origianlly
installed.

If they click the Tools menu (or press Alt-T on the keyboard if the menubar is hidden), then
Options, then Privacy category, are the "missing" contacts listed there?
