HI,
In automatic updates all four options are greyed out, i enabled it to run
automatic in component services, general, services, but with no luck, any
ideas?, thanks in advance.

Thanks ramesh, i finaly tracked the problem to the followin in the
registry:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Micr osoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
3. Add any one of the following settings: • Value name: NoAutoUpdate
Value data: 0 or 1 • 0: Automatic Updates is enabled (default).
• 1: Automatic Updates is disabled.
