Okay... after turning my computer on, there is I'm assuming a Windows Update
that attempted to modify the registry... these were blocked however... and
now I am in sore shape. This caused almost everything to stop working...
only a few programs still work. All shortcuts (LNK files) are no longer
recognized, nor are EXE files. What the hell do I do now? Even if I could
access the program to find out what was blocked from the registry, I can't
open anything anyways because they are EXE programs! Help! Am I stuck
having to reinstall? Blech.
