All My Win XP SP2 Updats failed!?

When I trying to update my Win XP SP2, its show me these files:

Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
Update for Windows XP (KB898461)

And when I download it, its stop and told me:

Failed Updates
Problem: Please check your update history for a description

And when I click on check your update history, its show me this error code:

error code: 0x80244018

If you are running any third-party firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spyware or
anti-anything product, then please disable them all before using Windows
Update. Use Windows Firewall for your protection.

If you have a home router, please disable any firewall features therein,
especially any features designed to prevent ActiveX downloads.

If you are behind a corporate or ISP firewall that obliges you to use web
proxy settings, please say so. Open a command prompt window, and enter the
command:

proxycfg

Report back what the last line of output says (e.g. "Direct access (no proxy
server).")
