All "sent" and "forwarded" messages are blank

Please help!!! Every time I reply to an email in my hotmail account, the
sender says the email was blank. I tried forward and it also comes back from
the sender that it was blank. My husband is having the same problem....email
accounts (2) on the same computer. What can we do to correct this problem?
