Go ahead and try my new tool and see if it fixes it. If not, you should be
able to find an error in the windowsupdate.log (in the windows directory)
that will help narrow things down.

OK, it's not Universal (90% I would say) and it not new because we have
been using it internally for a while, but I just recently modified it so
that it could be posted publically (had to have it automatically download
some support files that were not redistributable).
