Are they listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel ?
Compare the list of files from the KB articles with the files present on
the system if they are listed in ARP.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920342
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896344
Since there's no information on where the update is found in the
registry you could do a search of the registry using the KB article
numbers as the search criteria.
I'd uninstall the updates from ARP, then download, and save them :
KB920342
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...8-4ED2582EBC7C
KB896344
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Restart the system to a Clean Boot state:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353
Now install one update at a time, restart the system between installations.
Are they installed now ?
