Can someone help me with step 3? I completed the first 2, but not sure what
to do for the 3rd. Thank You

1) Stop the Automatic Updates service;
2) Delete C:\WINNT\SoftwareDistribution folder;
3) Execute Microsoft Update (C:\WINNT\system32\rundll32.exÂ*e
C:\WINNT\system32\muweb.dll,LaÂ*unchMUSite).
