How do you get to the All Users Start Menu?

When I go to All Users Start Menu it tells me 'Access is Denied'

I need to be able to organize the Start menu for All Users just like we did
in XP.

Vista is truly like a bad dream. Wonder how quickly Mac can bring out an OS
that runs on Windows hardware platform and use Windows equipment drivers. I
would buy it now!

Make sure you are logged into the system with Administrative Credentials.

Right-click the 'start button' or whatever it's called these days,
select 'Explore All Users'?

Run a search for Start Menu. The system will find two, one for all users,
one for the named user. Open either or both. Set a shortcut on the desktop
for either or both.

Go to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\Start
Menu

If you don't see it, make sure that hidden files are turned on.
