I had the same problem with my notebook, and I had solved the proble
(only for notebook). It is indeed the problem of the Touchpad; you ca
even reproduce the problem by scrolling the Touchpad virtual vertica
scroll (the vertical right area of the Touchpad) using your finge
stroking down this area, then you will have this problem (i.e. windo
always scroll to bottom, after you use your mouse to move the vertica
scroll bar to the top). To solve this problem, just tap on the Touchpa
again
Try it, if it still doesn't solve your problem, then it could b
problem with other input devices, like the mouse, keyboard or eve
faulty USB hub as was reported by others
