Please quote the error numbers, and the KB numbers of the updates affected.
Go to Windows Update, click through to the History list, then click on the
red cross "Failed" icon in the Status column. A popup will appear (you
might have to disable third-party popup-blockers) with an 8-digit error
number.
Also, try disabling all third-party anti-virus, anti-malware, download
accelerators, or firewall applications (re-enable Windows Firewall if you
disable another one). Do the updates work now?
