I've got a work station that is no longer functioning with our equipment.
Problem:
User just used the Windows Update and one of the updates was the "alladin
knowledge system usb" update, the system will no longer see the USB key
(like a software dongle) to start the Agilent Analitical Software.
What I want to do is UNINSTALL this update, but it is NOT in the Add/Remove
Programs list.
If we can go back to a previous version of the Alladin driver we should be
fine.
Agilent Tech support was NO help at all.....
I'd really appreciate some help on this one.
