I was checking my current allocated restore size, and comparing fro
what I saw in Shawn's tutorial, it seems a lot of space allocated on m
C drive. This is what it said in C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe : -
" Used Shadow Copy Storage space: 11.695 G
Allocated Shadow Copy Storage space: 14.542 G
Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space: 14.882 GB
Should I reduce the size or leave it as is ? Thank yo
PS. My C drive has 99.2 G

Hi,

The default is 15% of the drive, so what you are seeing is normal. Unless
you have a need for drive space, I'd leave it alone.
