How to allow Windows/Office update through a Firewall.

We have a SonicWALL Firewall that has the facility to block all ActiveX
except to 'Trusted Domains'. I want to block ALL ActiveX expect Windows
Update and Office Update.

I have tried adding the following to Trusted Domains, but it still blocks
access -

http://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
http://*.windowsupdate.
*microsoft.com*
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com*
(and several other variations)

Does anyone know what I should be entering as a trusted domain?
