Allowing updates

once a person allows updates into their system, the computer becomes blogged
with so much information that it comes so slow, and almost impossible to work
with. windows should allow the new updates to take over and release the old
ones. actually I've had nothing but trouble with all windows updates, and
nothing works well with windows vista.
