Hi, I have the same issue as everyone else.....unable to send e'mails all of
a sudden. Re-loaded the account and checked all the authentication settings.
Error message is consistent no matter what...it reads:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Adelphia account',
Server: 'smtp-server.roadrunner.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Appreciate any advice on how to fix it. Thx.

Don't assume that your issue is the same as everyone else's. It isn't.

Looks like you are running into a port 25 block. When you got that error
message, was your Internet connection being obtained from Roadrunner,
or were you using a laptop away from home?

If sending from home, which antivirus are you running? Some of them
cause problems with Windows Mail over time.
