Alt-tab does not switch between more than 2 windows

I upgraded from XP to Vista. Since then I have had problems with Alt-tab.
When I press it Alt-tab, I see the thumbnail window flash quickly on the
screen and I immediately go to the last window I was on before the current
one. Pressing it again simply takes me back to the current window, i.e. I
can't cycle through all open windows.

Flip-3d (Win-tab) works fine.

Any Ideas????

Try doing an in-place upgrade over the current installation of Vista and see
if it fixes the problem.
