Elliot,
Your school has blocked your ability to connect back to your home PC and
remote control it for a reason.
If you wish to circumvent the schools policy and security, then you should
talk to them about it first before trying alternative solutions that may
breach school policy which could result in them talking action against you
for breaching those regulation.
As an additional note you really should not post with your real e-mail
address in an unobscured format, as this will be harvesting and used to send
vast amounts of spam to.
