Always visible time zone clock

Are there any (free) clocks available that are always visible and can
display a specific time zone? I don't want it to take up a lot of
space. Just display the time (preferrably digital) for a specific
zone without all sorts of bells and whistles.

Thanks.

You can create 2 additional clocks in Vista without much problem. The clock
in the notification area displays the current time but, if you hove the
mouse over it, any additional clocks and time zones will be displayed
showing the relevant time. For example, my default clock time is UK (GMT)
and currently shows 6.59pm; my additional clock shows Buenos Aeries and
shows 2.59pm When I however my mouse over the clock in the notification area
both my UK time and Buenos Aeries time display.
Give it a try and see if it would be suitable for your needs. You can find
details on how to set up the alternative time zone from this link on my
website:

Just place another clock in your side bar and use the clock options to set
it for the time zone you wish.

If you are enabling the Windows Sidebar for the first time, you will need to
set it to always Start up with Windows.

Click Start > type "Windows Sidebar Properties" > check "Start Windows
Sidebar when Windows Starts" > click OK.

This is a digital clock that can be either am/pm or 24 hour time format. It
is also a timer and stop watch. Also has alarm function.
