That's certainly good advice

I usually follow that advice but in this
case I was trying to understand a BSOD (my very first with Vista) and my
research pointed to a posssible SATA controller driver (nvstor.sys driver),
so I gave this new SATA driver a go....
But, your advice is still very valid

even though the questions on this
MS Updated SATA driver remain
