Your first step should be to open a "new" thread . . . . .
In your thread please copy and paste any error message(s) you receive in
their entirety . . . . .
Provide the name of your email provider- only the part AFTER the "@" symbol
in your e-address . . . . .
Provide details of any troubleshooting steps you have taken to resolve the
problem . . . . .
You need not be an expert. Many responders are adept at working with
non-technical folks and can walk you through the steps to correct you
problem. If you follow these steps, there's a good chance someone here will
be able to help resolve any issues you may have.
