wlm is shown (always on top) but has not focus.
then I click in the taskbar on another application (which has not the focus
too) button, and the button of wlm here in the taskbar is clicked too !
automatically (we can see it easily when we click without releasing the
button on an unfocused button)

after testing, it does not work with all applications' button, for example
with the outlook express button, the bug is not here, it works with mirc or
ie7 for example...
