Is it 32 bit or 64bit?
Where is it blocking you? What is the address you get to?
Do you have UAC turned on?
I would try turning off UAC to get to the site and if it works, add that
site to your trusted sites in IE7.
I can open yahoo mail fine but if you have a webmail site that requires
flash players for anything, then 64bit vista could be having issues with it.
