Since you provide no source for this, I assume you just made it up.
Here's just one offering of Win 7 OEM for sale, and there's no
mentions of needing to buy a computer with it.

People who built America work had so suckers like you take our taxes and
bloat government, and invite poor & sick from around the world, and
disregard influx from SOuth of Rio Grande, if you know what I mean.

If you want COmmunism take our advise:

Get on a boat to Venezuela, Cuba, etc. and stay there. While we, people who
