Annoyance with Windows Update

My Windows Update Icon for Windows XP is indicating that I need to download
an update.

However, when I cross-reference all updates at windowsupdate.microsoft.com,
it indicates that the update is already installed.

How can I synchronize windowsupdate.microsoft.com and my windows update icon
so there are no misleads on updates?
