Annoying Tmp - Files in Win2k SP4

I have successfully updated Win2k SP3 to SP4. I n the C:WinNT\Temp directory
a number of *.tmp files are added, which are in use by "another application".
These files are beginning with CS and cannot be deleted by common means. How
can I delete these files? Who can help me?

If you have rebooted and still can not delete them, reboot to Safe Mode and
try.
