Another Contact problem on Vista RTM

Hi All
Got this very strange problem that I can’t fix and i hope someone can help.
Overview
Centrino Duo laptop running windows Vista RTM (from MSDN) with MSN Messenger
8 (build 8.0.0812.00), msn buddy list has 9 contacts on it, I used to have 10
but and this is where the problem lies
Under my account when i sign in the 10th user can see me log in and can msn
me no problem, I get the msn window up and we can chat, I get the link in the
msn chat window that this user is not in my list (even though it is listed)
and to add, when I do this i can see the username pop into my offline section
for about 3 seconds and then disappears..All other users can be re-added,
blocked, deleted and they can all be accessed normally and are visible, just
this one user..So I though OK could be characters etc in her name so got the
10th user to change name etc to no avail, then I thought ok I wonder if it’s
just RTM vista and this one user so i borrowed my daughters msn account and
logged in with that, added the 10th user no problem..so I thought maybe my
profiles corrupt so logged in as another user with full rights and added
logged into MSN Messenger, still the 10th user is nto visible
I’ve re-installed twice the MSN application, also uninstalled office 2007 so
just MSN messenger is installed but still no joy
Also to add, if I go to any other machine and log in to msn messenger then
the 0th user appears without issue
I have tried the .reg fix with no luck as well, is there anything else I can
try?

Ive already tried that reg fix but it still does not resolve my issue..cant
get me head around it as like i say if i sign on to another msn account on
the same machine and add the user its fine, log back into msn under my
account and cant list teh user..
any other suggestions peeps ?
