Another Error 0x80072f76 Problem

Hi All, Over the past 2 weeks, I have read all I can find on this error. I
have preformed all suggestions to no avail. I am running XP SP1, IE5, no
firewall, no proxy, either dialup, wireless, or LAN. I have turned off Virus
protect; checked my Hosts.sam file (nothing but local host IP); Flushed IP;
changed to Http 1.1 through proxy; reset H-key to 0; Listed all in trusted
web sites. It is not the connection due to my ability to download the
iuident.cab file. As with everyone else WU worked fine with V4. I have read
all of the troubleshooting and still can't get this! Someone anyone PLEASE
help!
