Another Fix for "Error number: 0x8DDD0018"

Hello Kids.

You would thiink Mircrosoft would have figured this out easily enough, but
if enabling then services mentioned does not work, try checking this:

Open Internet Explorer_
_Select Tools->
_Internet Options->
_Select the "Conetent" tab_
_Select the "Certificates" button_
_Scroll to the "Trusted Publishers" tab_
_Make sure Microsoft is in the list.
_I had to import the certificate from another machine I am running.

Once I put the cert back, as long as the services listed in the MS error
were not disabled, it worked just fine after that...

Easy enough, no reboot required.
