From time to time when I attempt RA connection, an error message says
that it is denied because an RA session is up and going. This happen
when I attempt to reconnect for RA right after RA is disconnected. I
reboot the system to go around this problem. Is there a better way?

Greetings churin,

Yes this can happen as RA doesn't always shut itself down properly. You don't need to reboot
though, just prop open the Task Manager by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Esc on the keyboard, choosing the
Processes tab and killing off the RA processes.

On Vista, you'll be looking for msra.exe

On XP, you'll be looking for helpctr.exe

I believe you mean Ctrl-Alt-Del... Just discovered that Ctrl-Alt-Esc is a
kind of Alt-Tab.

Thanks always for your response, Jonathan.
I knew msra.exe but did not know helpctr.exe.
BTW: Be assured that I read "Ctrl-Alt-Esc" as "Ctrl-Alt-Del".

Hi,

My mistake, but actually I meant Ctrl-Shift-Esc.

Ctrl-Alt-Del no longer is valid to immediately get to the Task Manager in Vista,
Ctrl-Shift-Esc will work in XP and Vista.

I see, Ctrl-Shift-Esc does work. I usually right-click task bar and
select Task Manager.
