Another stupid Vista feature

Recording "wave-out" was a breeze in XP, 98, even 95. In Vista, firstly
they've set it so that it's a hidden option, you need to spend 5 minutes
researching before you can even learn how to select it as an option.
Secondly my setup won't even allow me to select my own sound card as a
recording device, so it doesn't work for me anyway.

They should do a TV ad showing a glorious new Vista system with a sound
cable running from the headphone output to the microphone input.

****ing pathetic.

Bring on Windows 7.
