Another update won't install

I have an update under hardware called HID Non-User Input Data Filter
that won't install. Any ideas if this is needed?

Hardware Updates?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest hardware updates for your
hardware components (motherboard chipset, video card, sound card, external
devices like keyboards with special keys, mice, scanners, printers, etc)
straight from each hardware manufacturer's support section of their web
pages? (May want to try that.)

I will try that, but I think everything is up to date, just wanted to
know if it is important.
