another Windows - No Disk, solved

just for future reference. I got the 'Windows - No Disk' dialog with hex
numbers yesterday. It happened with CodeBlocks whenever I would open a
project. I cleared my 'recent items' list and that fixed it. There was a
file in the list that was on a memory card. The memory card was removed.
I guess that was the problem... weirdness
