Another Windows update failure

Prior to running going to the Windows update site, I downloaded the 7
updates. I run then with a scipt like this:

KB890830.EXE /Q /N
KB896688.EXE /Q /N
KB899589.EXE /Q /N
KB900725.EXE /Q /N
KB902400.EXE /Q /N
KB904706.EXE /Q /N
KB905414.EXE /Q /N
KB905749.EXE /Q /N

Each KB run but the patches don't show up.

Translation: Servers are overwhelmed by excessive demand ("regulation"), try
again later. We often see this when so many updates are released at once
and when so many users (Win98 thru Win2K03) need the updates & try to get
'em manually via Windows or Microsoft Update.

Thank for the tip. I am still getting the same error. The Update sites
starts to state that the updates are being download and then it hangs

I can't since done of the updates show up in Add/Remobe programs nor
do they show up in C;\windows. I look at the catalog. Only one under
critial that is current.

YW. Try Windows Update at off-peak hours (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM PTD).
