Hello,

Do I need to have a separate instance of anti-virus protection installed on
VPC or will protection installed on the real PC protect the VPC?

Presently the instance of WinXP that I have running as a VPC in Vista PC is
advising me that no virus protection exists. I understand why that is but am
not sure of the implications.

Any help / comments appreciated.

FK

Yes, like any other PC, your VM needs it's own protection.
