Any body give me some tips plz..

Hi every body..

I am using skype 3.0.0.209 version on windows XP Professional. All the stuff
is ok and good well. But when i open the cam of another body it asks for
DirectX upgrades and i dont have the previlages for that....?

whenever somebody invites me for cam i open his / her cam it opens but the
picture is not coming.

So any body help me in such regards....
