I get the exact same error message. "Messenger is not available right now.
Please try again later. (0x80ee000c)"
Here is what I am experiencing..
Scenario 1:
- Computer A (Vista, Windows Live Messenger 14.0.8064.206) in China.
- Computer B (Windows XP, Windows Live Messenger 14.0.8064.206) in China.
- IM, voice and video work.
Scenario 2:
- Same 2 computers as above... but this time Computer A is in Canada and
Computer B is in China.
- IM works, voice and video calls get the "0x80ee000c" error.
Since voice and video work on these same computers in Scenario 1 but not
Scenario 2, does this mean the problem is related to issues of: location,
distance, network speed, or firewalls?
