Any known problems with MS06-002 / kb908519

Any known problems with MS06-002 / kb908519?

Installed it on 2K3 webserver and then i cann't reach my database server?
And if i remove this "MS06-002" fix everything works fine?

Didn't find anything on the web on this problem....
(I have a test enviroment and there doesn't the MS06-002 update destroy
anything, so I'm starting to belew it's a setting somewhere that been change
with the update)
The only diffens is that in produktion we got a load balasing with two
servers? (Booth identical)

Any ideas?
