Any MS tool can get all user A/C status in AD? e.g. account locked out,
password expired, last logon date

Hello ,

You can use the "Saved Queries" option for a small functionality, create
a enw one and you have the option for disabled accounts, and non expiring
passwords, days since last logon.

All other you have to extract with scripts.
