Any quick way to recreate all programs menu when all was deleted?

I accidently removed all my icons from the all programs menu during a system
cleanup. Is there any way to automatically get them all back? If not how do I
manually recreate the all programs menu's?

Check the recycle bin yet? System Restore?

Otherwise, create new shortcuts for each under
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

If it's Vista Business or Ultimate, find the folder (or parent of the
folder, if you deleted the entire folder), right click and go to
"Restore previous versions"
