is any software can repair and restore corrupt and miss files in windows vista

hello

a bout one day ago i had small problem in my windows vista Home Premiu
its in EventViewer in control panel

try to open it and gives me message said you must start you
Eventviewer Service so that mean i have to go Services and look fo
Windows EventLog service and Run or start it as you see

and when i going to start that service its said can't start thi
service on Local Computer , after i have searched for few mins on googl
about why this problem is show on my way and i find out because som
corrupt or missed files on my vista is need to repair and i tried t
restore them through sfc (System File Checker ) throu command promp
and check my files and found the missed or corrupt files but can
restore them and save a log and when i try to open this log wont wor
gives me access denied in some how way i think this is very weak idea t
fix problem

so any good software can help me in that next time inshallah

i hope so for me and for who have any problem in other sides of vist
than min

What about a repair install
see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958044

1. Run "msconfig", and then disable all startup items. Under "Services",
hide all Microsoft services and then disable other ones.

2. Reboot the computer, then disconnect it from the network and disable
antivirus/spyware software.

3. Insert the Windows Vista DVD to the drive.

4. In the setup window, click "Install Now".

5. Click "Go online to obtain the latest updates for installation
(recommended)."

6. Type the CD key if you are prompted to do this.

7. Click "Yes" to accept the Microsoft Software License Terms.

8. On the "Which kind of installation to you want?" screen, click "Upgrade".

9. When the installation is complete, restart your computer, and then try
to install the updates.

NB: If you've installed SP1 for Vista

Step 7 (method for Windows Vista), the *UPGRADE* option is not available
because SP1 has been installed.

Uninstall SP1 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948537

Before trying the repair install see if System Restore will take you
back to a properly operating machine.
