What about any well-known location for downloading wsusscn2.cab ?

For those wishing manually download and distributing
the catalog file wsusscn2.cab some well-known web location
should be available for those downloads.

Currently one have to surf through many of microsoft pages
to get access to download link. Something inconvenient.
