Any workaround for accessing All Users\Start Menu folders?

I realize a lot of folders in Documents and Settings in XP are now in Users in
Vista. But there are shortcut arrows that keep me from accessing Start Menu
folders so I can organize start menus. Have they by any chance been moved to
some location I can get into, or is there some workaround for getting to them?

Thanks for any help.

Not sure just what it is you want...

right click the start orb
select 'open all users' gets you to the area where menu items that apply to
all users can be seen and changed.

Hi,

Start menus are not where they appear to be, check:

C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows \Start Menu
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\ Start Menu

"All Users" is just another shortcut.

Just right click on the start button. Click Open to open your programs
folder for the start menu. Click Open All Users to open the all users
programs folder for the start menu. What you see on your "All programs" on
the start menu is just a merger of the two programs folders. You may arrange
the folders to your liking.

Right clicking Start then clicking Open takes you directly to
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\ Start Menu. See my other
post.
