This is a public newsgroup hosted on Microsoft servers. Although some MS
employees occasionally post here, the vast majority of the helpers are
volunteers who do not work for the company. If no one has answered your
question, it may be because no one knows the answer or the person who
does know the answer hasn't read your question. And no, I don't know
your answer either.
I did a Google for "Configuration Manager: A required entry in the
registry is missing Vista" and found a few links. Although I didn't see
anything that might fit your case (although I did see your post in
various places), you might want to try the search yourself to see if
anything suggests itself to you as being useful. Since I don't know
anything about your computer, I don't know if any of the links are
applicable to your situation.
You can do the general troubleshooting below:
The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?
The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?
Be sure the computer is clean:

If the computer is clean, perhaps there is something running in the
background causing your error, in which case clean-boot troubleshooting
might be useful:

If none of the above works, you always have the option of paying for
tech support. Get the name of a professional computer repair shop/tech
from family, friends, colleagues. This will not be a
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place.
I'm sorry that I was unable to help you.
