A portion of the left side of my IE at times will get a popup that
ressembles a favorites or My computer tab, instead, it displays coupon type
material, its annoying. Ive used Spybot, Adaware, Spyware Blaster and Norton,
nothing has found it. If I crank up my security settings it will block it
but it messes up the rest of my surfing. It appears that there is a file
named cacore.dll its a Application Extension according to its properties,
it opens with Unknown application, Product name is couponage, Location is
C:\WINDOWS\system32 ............. Can i delete this file safely?
