When you right click on Computer and select Properties, what does it
say

Intel Pentium D CPU 3.2 GHz
Also, when you right click Computer and select Manage, and go to the
Device
>Manager section, what do you see under Processors? Are there two entries;

YES
This is what bugs me, under device manager it is showing two.
Bios is set to use mutiple cores.
Any suggestions?
